Senior Policy Advisor Internationalisation
For the past seven years, I have been responsible for the development and coordination of Maastricht University’s internationalisation policies as a key advisor for the Executive Board and faculties.
Independent expert
As an independent expert/consultant, I have functioned as an evaluator and assessor for the Erasmus+ Key Action 171 (Dutch National Agency Erasmus+) and as an expert for European Commission Technical Assistance Missions aimed at higher education reform. You can contact me if you are in need of an expert in the field of internationalisation of higher education. I provide keynote lectures, organise workshops to draft institutional and national internationalisation strategies and deliver tailored advice.
PhD candidate
I perform research on the EU’s response to crises, under the supervision of prof. Christine Neuhold and prof. Sophie Vanhoonacker. You can read my articles on my Google scholar account.
